Pros

Very simple to get up to speed with the most senior members since the sandwiches are very simple and so is the cashier system. You can get as many hours as you want if you're a reliable employee and are willing to pick up shifts when other employees need time off/quit/get fired (all of which happens quite often at Subway)

Cons

The turnover is incredible. The five months I worked there, I ended up working with about a dozen new people at least. The pay is measly at best, but if you want overtime, you can get it without any of the management complaining about it. The customers are generally friendly, but some can be demanding, rude, and condescending.
