Pros

The management allowed me to have a flexible schedule in order for me to meet my schooling needs.

Cons

It was a very tiring place to work and it could sometimes feel like I was in a jail cell.

Pros

flexibility, reasonableness, convenient, satisfying, good hours, meeting new people. Overall, I'am a people person. Management is appreciative of good workers.

Cons

Can be boring at times when there is a lull in the day. I dislike the fact that you're being watched constantly via viedo and corrected on what you say--which can make anyone uncomfortable.

Pros

Got a lot of experience in a variety of aspects to increase my overall ability to understand the business better.

Cons

It's a mill where more expected of you than cen be achieved while the actual owners of stores do little and just point fingers when things are down.
