Pros
It is an easy job, laid back atmosphere and decent for students I had an owner change while working there, hopefully you will get a manager like my previous one... great Its fun, as long as the management lets it be, you get to meet a lot of people and make really good work relationships. That alone was a great reason to work there
Cons
there are too many things, in my case my manager preformed at 1/3 less speed as me and knew nothing I never had much support or thanks for doing a good job They are very quick to dicipline and most owners are all for the money
