Vile

Pros

Discount on sub sandwiches and drinks

Cons

Yellowed fingernails from the banana peppers, smelling like ass, knowing just how gross all the ingredients are, angry customers who all tell you "THE CHEESE TRIANGLES DON'T GO THAT WAY", people who want you to load up their sandwiches vs hovering managers who don't, no free meals, meager pay.

Pros

Most Store Owners are extremely busy and not around much. Managing a store is very much like running your own business without someone looking over your shoulder all the time.

Cons

Again, without much involvement from the Owner, sometimes its hard to get things done when critical things happen and the owner is no where to be found.
