      Fast-paced mobile development but hostile management environment

      Pros

      Fast-paced mobile development with React Native.

      Cons

      No AI automation nor effort to learn AI whatsoever. Manager is actually hostile and criticizes his own management who above him, behind the scenes. Also, they demand people drive to the office three hours per day, five days per week - in 90 degree Miami traffic. Very unhealthy.
