Pros

Easy to get a job here

Cons

-I warned the owner of a money shortage and requested they check cameras. I had no access so I couldn't have known they'd been down since installing new POS. They used this as an excuse to blame me for someone robbing the store and took $1000 from my final check -Advertised "Now starting $12/hr!" Actually was paying $9.45 and expected customer tips to add up to the $12. This was not explained to new employees. - Managers were salary. The federal minimum was for salary was going to double. The night before payday, the owner bumped us all back down to hourly pay to avoid paying us extra. - In the end, I had 20 hours of overtime + tips. On my final paycheck, the owner dropped me from my whopping $12/hr (as a STORE MANAGER) to $9.45/hr and kept all overtime and tips. -Post employment, owner sent me numerous text messages disrespecting and belittling me
