Pre-ordered lesson plans Sweet kids (mostly) Atmosphere that promotes excellence and rewards results Diverse staff and faculty

Cons

Bloated, repetitive administrative meetings. All the blame falls on the teachers; students are never held accountable on an administrative level. Parents can be obnoxious, as with most teaching jobs Tests are not made by teachers and can often be pretty out of synch with the class materials which is frustrating for both students and teachers.
