      Poor Management

      Pros

      The clients and their families were extremely supportive along with the BCBA/BCBA Interns and Trainers. The pay is amazing.

      Cons

      The Office Manager and Clinical Director are unprofessional and very rude to most of the staff and they do not treat all employees fairly. Personal matters are handled in business settings and there is no way to report management directly to HR since complaints go through both the OM and CD. The scheduling is inconsistent and many days the office was understaffed or asked to go home due to utility bills not being paid.

      This place is rough. Not a lot of support and seemed like a cash grab for people wanting to make a lot of money. Mission was to find wealthy owners, give basics, find a professional and exploit the professional.
