The center has NO air conditioning and hasn't had any for 4 WEEKS. RBTs and patients (the patients are CHILDREN by the way) are in 100 degree weather INDOORS. The building is constantly having issues with plumbing, lighting, and electrical issues. Managment and the CEO refuses to shut down the center completely to fix the building, as they don't want to miss out on the MONEY that they make off of the children. The center needs to be shutdown. Children are exposed to heavy chemicals because they're not secured properly. Their work environment is toxic. There are cliques, discrimination, hyprocrites, and favoritism. RBTs and clients are treated unethically by management (both clinical management and corporate management). The management is motivated by MONEY not by patient care. There's an RBT exodus happening at that center right now, hopefully they'll learn their lesson.
