The company pads reviews I would know I worked there in that department. They asked managment and others to leave good reviews to counter the horrible reviews coming in. If you check YELP I think they are 1 star beacuse YELP couldn't be hacked however they could move Google review because those were easier. Managment is sexist and good ol boys network. They do not want any new ideas at all. They also have no training and they said " you are drinking from a water hose" no ramp-up. Again your life will be horrible. I can't believe they are still in business it is only because of the military back door contracts and again if you read Yelp poor military members have to put up with atrocious service from Suddath. Just go look at Yelp and see. Horrible 401k just read the details and bad benifits But they have snacks in the breakroom like that's what the lifers were happy about. My heart goes out to anyone left in this North Korean style building at the heart of Jacksonville
