Pros
A lot of really good people work for this company especially at the branch level. The benefit package is probably above average but their paid time off (PTO) is outstanding.
Cons
While Suddath like to talk about being a family company that is certainly not the feel you get when you work their. Some of the upper management are as smart as you can get the their loyalty and people skills need some work. With Suddath it's all about the bottom line. Yes we all know that a company needs to make money to survive but Suddath has forgotten about the work/life balance and keeping quality employee's is not at the top of the agenda. Suddath is so big they forgot how to move furniture.
