This company and this office in particular are on another level. It all starts with leadership and the guys at the top have been doing this for a long time and it shows. Extremely knowledgeable yet great and savvy leaders that push you to learn and be the best you can be.

Cons

Work life balance, but then again if you are searching for that in this field you are in the wrong industry.
