Pros

Regarding the Los Angeles office, it has great energy, fast paced, respectful and talented staff, strong work ethics, nice office environment, and good work and life balance. Proactive training opportunities.

Cons

It's run like a start-up, consistent changing personnel, changing plans of attack, disengaged and reactive management style, lack transparency, planning, and communications. New teams and young staff. Overpowering East Coast company culture.

Not What I Thought

Pros

Pay is comparable to other GCs.

Cons

There are way too many SOPs. The company adds too many steps to complete a task. No real training or on boarding. No work life balance, you feel looked down upon after working 10hr days and going home.

Pros

Take it from me -- there are very few. You learn a lot but it's trial by fire. Even if you excel and thrive in the environment, it comes with very little reward. Extremely racist and old-school staff which makes work even less enjoyable.

Cons

There are quite a lot of cons -- some I listed above. No real performance incentivized bonuses. Yearly bonuses are extremely low for the amount of extra hours and hard work provided. Offers unlimited PTO but there is a huge stigma around taking it. The work environment is extremely political and operates on favoritism,
