I've been in construction for many years and Suffolk Construction is by far the most professional and corporate oriented construction company I've worked for. The people and procedures just involved with on-boarding was incredible. I'm most impressed with the team support regarding safety culture at each job site.

Cons

Not many, sometimes when jobs are in full swing the hours and days get long. weather the schedule is falling behind or if the schedule is on track trying to shave time off the schedule. regardless it converts into long hours and extra days.
