      Pros

      Suffolk is not a typical GC. The vision of the company is to continually seek to develop the best practices, solutions and methodologies to provide the highest level of service to our clients. That energy has come from the top down the entire time I have been here. It permeates into how we problem solve, expand into new sectors of work and geographies. It's a fun place to work and the company has always rewarded those willing to work hard and commit themselves.

      Cons

      The company's drive to improve processes and become ever more sophisticated is not for everyone. It's not a place for someone looking for a typical 9-5 in the industry.

      Pros

      Interviewing during the pandemic certainly presented challenges, but like every other challenge, Suffolk has it figured out. And the company is full of people with positive energy. Have yet to meet someone with a negative, or even average, outlook on things. Hard to find that in this industry. Good benefits, with plenty of options for time off for work/life balance. And great portfolio of work.

      Wish I had found them sooner.
