Culture is great. Good perks. Salary is competitive. Team members work very well together.

Cons

Too many systems and reporting. Not enough time in the day to report and build. They lose site of building a building because the teams are focused on checking a box. Projects are not staffed with enough people and top execs sell the projects with short durations.
