      Pros

      Great benefits, people are super friendly and professional, impressive company culture. They do train you to do the work, the way they do it (not just feed you to the wolf). Great growth opportunity, forward thinking and innovative company, pretty amazing projects. One of the best atmospheres I've ever experienced.
