Pros

Employee relation is great. Really try to compensate employees with great benefit. Great benefit package. Upper management does get involve.

Cons

long work hours. Subs selection is not that great. Training for new employee needs to be better. No indication of growth.

Pros

- On the cutting edge of new technologies and strategies - Get to work on the highest profile projects in whatever region you work in - The collection of talent at Suffolk is well above what you will see at a typical general contractor - Owned by one of the most devoted, motivating, intelligent and committed person I have ever met. And its not very often when a person can say that they have interacted with the owner of their company (not a board of governors or anything of the sort). - Compensation is very good, you are expected to work hard but you are paid for it.

Cons

- at times stressful, but that is what makes it exciting as well

Benefits Training Programs takes in consideration on balancing the work and family life. The company really strives every day to adhere to it's Core Values. Personally speaking I would recommend working here.

Cons

I have to say that working here at Suffolk Construction and speaking for myself I don't have anything negative to say about it.
