Pros

People are very passionate, hard working and forward thinking, My team gets me through the tough days and we are all very supportive with each other. Everyone is willing to help you or teach you, if there are any areas that you would like to improve on, Suffolk goes above and beyond to provide you with the training or tools you need to be effective. The company loves innovation which creates a lot of opportunities for advancement and personal development. Suffolk loves to give back to the community and encourages volunteer work and helping others. It is great working for a company with great people, awesome opportunities and that cares.

Cons

The company does tend to run lean and it can do a better job a placing and tracking the movement of people from job to job. A lot of new people to the company has increased the need for training and development. A lot of new processes and changes are being made without properly training the employees first.

Pros

The people you work with everyday are great! Lots of opportunity for advancement if your interested. Many different industries to focus on. Lots of support offered on projects.

Cons

Long hours are encouraged. Suffolk is not very Sub Friendly, many people work to beat the subs out of money. Suffolk has put many subs out of business.

High Turnover

Pros

Dynamic Leadership at the top. Into technology and studying how to succeed.

Cons

High turnover is a sign that owner should look in the mirror. I'm not sure that this management style is sustainable. At least in the western United States. "It's getting the right people on the bus" to the max. Just don't be the one thrown off (it's a big pile).
