      Pros

      The people you work with everyday are great! Lots of opportunity for advancement if your interested. Many different industries to focus on. Lots of support offered on projects.

      Cons

      Long hours are encouraged. Suffolk is not very Sub Friendly, many people work to beat the subs out of money. Suffolk has put many subs out of business.

      Unique leadership with a vision to change the construction experience and a plan to follow through.

      Cons

      Intense workload could be considered a con but the enthusiasm in the office and the positive feedback from clients designers and subcontractors makes more than up for it.
