The company will give you as much opportunity as you can handle.

Cons

They say they care about there people but they don't. It is a revolving door with employees. I had 3 General Managers, 4 Chief Estimators & countless Project Executives during my tenure. The executives do not give enough time for new ventures to be successful. New ventures take time & they expect results over night.

A good learning experience, but too many politics

Pros

It was a great chance to learn new skills and interact with different levels of people. I learned how to truly multi-task as it was very fast paced.

Cons

There are alot of politics, closed doors, and everything has to be a secret. If you cross the CFO or the resident lawyer, you are as good as done. Those two boys seem to run the company as they see fit, instead of having it as a team effort.
