      Suffolk has a hard-working and quality-driven culture. Most employees truly care about the end results and take pride in their work. Excellent salaries.

      Cons

      Suffolk typically does not offer a good work-life balance, but for the truly ambitious this doesn't seem to present an issue. For those who do not live to work, it can be stifling.
