Pros

On the outside it's nice and shiny but, not so nice on the inside. if you are a great negotiator, then they compensate you well. If you work at the main office, it's great and you get to take advantage of all of the the perks but, if you work in the field, you don't get to take advantage of all the things they sell you to entice you to come on-board.

Cons

Shady people and practices. People always talk in circles and out of the both sides of their mouth. just not at all what I expected.
