      Pros

      Company values its people and wants to build and continue to grow a culture surrounding them. Extremely competitive compensation and a lot of flexibility with time off.

      Cons

      Takes on a lot of work, staffing is short be prepared to do what it takes to get the job done. The team in general however is very supportive which makes it a lot of fun.
