      Pros

      If your looking for experience this is the company to look at. They do large and very involved projects. Some of the largest building projects in Boston area are built by Suffolk.

      Cons

      Your constantly on edge. Rather then building a project you worry about fullfilling standard operating procedures. Health care insurance is very time consumming to understand and hard to communicate with insurance company .

      West Coast region has a lot of room for career growth.

      Pros

      Good marketing program and decent compensation package. There are tremendous opportunities to grow on the West Coast with a company that is relatively new in the area. With other, more established CA companies, the senior level management is already set.

      Cons

      East coast based company who is top heavy and always looking over your shoulder, questioning everything you do. Most of your time is spent answering to superiors rather than planning and building your project.
