Some supers are great. Others don’t provide feedback even when asked and then they lay you off with no notice or feedback

Cons

Lack of feedback. Expected hours to be onsite are not family friendly. Work life balance is a lie. Near impossible for a promotion. Turn over is ridiculous and my 5 years meant nothing to them.
