      Focused on Technology, Great Projects, Great People, Great Culture

      Cons

      My only complaint is there doesn't seem to be enough thought into how new hires actually fit into the culture. Just because a position needs to be filled, it doesn't mean to fill it with the first person who comes along with the qualifications. If the person is not culturally aligned, leave the position open until the right person is found.
