      --> Opportunities for internal growth and development --> Very involved C-Suite, especially the CEO --> Progressive, high tech, relevant and diverse --> Cross-training and ability to switch departments/functions

      Cons

      There are not really any significant cons with working here. You should expect to work more than 40 hours a week if you're coming into the construction industry.

      Suffolk is probably the most technically sophisticated builder in the country. You will get to work on some amazing projects with a great team of people who bring new ideas and skills to work each and every day.

      Cons

      Suffolk is not for everyone. You have to have great energy, skills, collaboration and be willing to go the extra mile to accomplish the goals set forth.
