      Pros

      Very proactive and client relationship business model. Large family less corporate mentality. Always looking to enhance the partner experience. Good working environment and great offices

      Cons

      Internal communication cascades are not streamlined and consistent. Perceived lack of transparency of management by staff. Constantly changing EC staff, initiatives and responsibilities creates discomfort in the staff.

      1. I am happy to share my expertise and skill set that is readily accepted 2. All on board are open to suggestion and does follow up to critical suggestion 3. Heavily family orientated and shows kindness to all employees as well as Trade partners 4. Push for further self advancement 5. Care about all employees health There are more to say but I just love working here for Suffolk...(smile)
