Very focused on technology and how to use it in the field. Great benefits, good pay, and generally care about the employees. Privately held company with a very passionate owner.

Cons

Consistently short-staff their jobs and always have razor-thin budgets. Recently initiated a bonus program, but it's unreliable at best. Micro-management of projects via quarterly compliance assessments.
