Pros
They are good with technology and training. I felt like the tools we was given were being used appropriately by the majority of people. They also take time to send all employees little gifts and make sure to take them out for happy hours/dinners to show their appreciation.
Cons
Standard issues that come with being a GC include high turnover on jobs which leads to confusion. Unclear communication from managers who are overworked and stressed.
