Good culture and benefits, interesting projects and a lot of support to build correctly.

Cons

No real bonuses, title inflation, projects overcrowded with staff limit ability to adjust your career and take away your negotiating power.

Pros

Managers are willing to put in the effort to help employees grow. In almost two years I've worked here, I've noticed that the upper management is approachable, down to earth and willing to sit down with you to help you grow in your career.

Cons

As any large corporation there is always rooms to improve. But no deal breaker cons I have come across so far.
