Pros

Salary appears to be higher than competitors

Cons

All of these reviews are rigged, zero work/life balance, zero leadership only bosses. What happened to respect? What happened to the golden rule? They say they care but they don't.

Work/life Imbalance

Pros

Great experience. Huge projects. Some of the sharpest project teams in the industry.

Cons

They treat employees like numbers. They expect you to work 60hrs a week and many weekends, but pay you for 40hrs. Regardless of how hard you work, everyone gets the same small raise at their annual review. They also do not give employee bonuses.
