I would put it on my 'top places I have worked' list. Fast-paced, progressive company where hard work is expected, but does not go unnoticed. Growing company with a small family feel. Great pay and benefits!

Cons

Long hours during peak periods. Not necessarily a negative as it means it is a successful company.

Pros

High integrity with clients...they come first. Excellent pay and benefits. Highly intelligent and dedicated consultants. Provides excellent quality work. Innovative CEO.

Cons

Many passive aggressive personalities, likely due to the high stress environment (High service demand and difficulty recruiting enough experienced talent to keep up with it). Top leadership is extremely intrusive in wanting to keep an eye on employees thoughts and actions, fostering an environment where everyone tells everyone everything about their colleagues. Nobody could say a word about leadership without the CEO finding out. I'm also pretty sure emails were monitored....It amazed me how much the CEO knew. I'm guessing some of this is natural paranoia in the cut throat world of consulting firms where trade secrets, consultants and clients can be swiped at any time.

Pros

Great culture, clients and people. Not as well known but that's an advantage. Do some things for people that go way above and beyond. Clients are among best in health care. Work product is highly regarded. High integrity, value oriented. Lots of pride in sweating the details.

Cons

Plenty of work with short deadlines ar times but leadership cares and tries to manage.
