      Pros

      A good field to go into. Hard work but once you learn it, it can be fun. A good career path.

      Cons

      Summa has a roach problem in the older lab area and other older parts of the hospital. Sometimes the lab smells bad. Pay for lab assistants is pretty low when we do a lot of the foot work. But no degree = less pay so I get it.

      No good reason to work there. Under paid, over worked, lies to fit her needs

      Lying manager. You say one thing.....this person completely turns it around then reports to HR
