3rd shift has best morale and family-like environment between techs and pharmacists, good benefits, good pharmacist-physician interaction

Cons

Very low morale, high turnover, poor management, drama between staff members, toxic work environment, 403b matching is only 1-1.5% for 6% of your contribution and they do not pay out their matching until the END of the year in case you quit, tubes go down almost nightly, not enough IV room trained technicians, only 3rd shift pharmacists are considered exempt and do not make time and a half on overtime pay on extra hours, only hear from management when it’s something negative and never for positive feedback

the doctor and nurse relationships are great. i feel very respected and heard when advocating for my patient. there is a sense of family there and good support staff

Cons

there is a lot of upper management changes happening. not as many bonuses offered anymore.
