Pros

Great co workers, Doctors are pleasant. Decent starting wages. Some flexibility with regards to work schedule and class schedule.

Cons

MANAGEMENT, in case you did not understand the bosses. They have been known to say one thing to your face and either not follow through or do the complete opposite. Always a threat of a lay off. No raises for more than ywo years

Pros

Great benefits and pay is competitive. Many great co-workers.

Cons

This company does not learn from its mistakes. They say we're getting back to basics, but actions don't prove that. Was once a great company with many very loyal employees but management is completely disconnected from the reality of the issues in the company and employees are becoming disengaged. They are experiencing very turbulent times right now and have completely lost site of the company values and mission statement. It is a very sad situation.

co workers are friendly and helpful

Cons

not very understanding when it comes to family emergencies. Expected to do more and more all the time and get punished when you cant complete your work.. no perks like paid holidays. I feel like the boss just wants a butt in the seat. Too many restrictions. The insurance isn't all that either, too many restrictions on that too. Should've done my homework before applying.
