The office management is not on site at my current employer and it is not easy to reach management regarding a situation that needs to be handled immediately.

The ability to help patients was very rewarding. The team work of the staff made the patients feel comfortable and let them know they were in good hands.

Cons

The only con was while working in the Oncology Department, was seeing patients lose the battle of fighting their disease
