      Pros

      Pretty much hired us to do our jobs and allows us to do so with little or no interference most times.

      Cons

      Nothing I can't work or live with. It seems management doesn't see the difference between Hospital and Retail environments.

      Pros

      There are no "Pros." There is so much dead wood currently there that getting anything done is impossible.

      Cons

      Tons of "racial cards" sexual harassment, Example, sleep with me or your fired. Try to discipline someone for using the Lords name in vein and the individual who spoke these words gets away and the person who was offend gets fired.
