      Some of the best reasons to work for Summa Health System are that they are a growing comp the any, if you are not satisfied in decision that you made in the department you work in you can transfer to a different department.

      You have to put your time in. No ecsuses work it out and you will get the pto to take vacaions and have time off.

      love taking care of patients in a fast setting. summa has improved my skills and knowledge. nice to have the weekend program.

      Cons

      its sad to see young people destroying their life with alcohol and drugs. i see lots of lost souls.
