      The leadership at Summit 7 really cares about their employees, and pushes us to be excellent and bring that excellence to our Clients. Competitive pay and benefits. There are always challenges to work on, so never bored!

      Good salary, Management trusts employees to get the work done and is hands off most of the time. You'll learn a whole lot real quick.

      Cons

      There's not much training for new employees so it can feel a bit "sink or swim"
