      Great people, flexible work environment, and a mission that makes a difference!

      Cons

      Half of the team is remote, which can be challenging. Teams meetings, chat, etc. make it easier to navigate.

      Pros

      I really appreciate the flexibility and work/life balance that Summit 7 promotes, as well as the culture of our specific team. Complete the tasks and projects you own and contribute to the needs of others as you can.

      Cons

      Being a hybrid work environment company has more advantages than disadvantages! Biggest disadvantage is losing some of that in-person connection to employees who are remote.
