Turnover somewhat high but also the nature of consulting business, job duties & responsibilities not always well defined

Good culture and really good people

Pros

Summiteers are extremely welcoming, inclusive and supportive. I've never worked in such a friendly office environment before. I've been able to take advantage of a ton of work flexibility with remote work and flex time. I've also really enjoyed the benefits so far at Summit and Leadership always tries to add more even when the budget is tight. There is a great culture of trust and letting staff manage their own work and projects with support and mentorship from above.

Cons

The Management Team is a little slow to act at times and it is disheartening to staff when they don't feel heard and their issues remedied.
