We want to thank you for taking the time to share such thorough feedback. You’ve pointed out a lot of the positives about working at Summit. We work hard to make Summit a great place to work and we have seen that in our semi-annual employee satisfaction survey with 96% of our staff stating that they enjoy their job. You also cite the downturn in the Federal market space. While the Federal market has been tricky in the last 5 quarters, our revenue from Federal sector is expected to grow. You also mention overtime and I want to address that directly. Work-life balance is very important to everyone at Summit and we strive to accommodate personal goals while meeting and exceeding client demands. In fact, in 2017 the average employee work week was 42 hours. While pockets of the firm experience short-term demands for hours as is normal with the cyclical nature of consulting, we work hard to maintain flexible scheduling around core hours and telecommuting options. We hope that you enjoyed your time at Summit, learned as much as you could and that you take that into your next role.
