      Excellent management Team, job flexibility, great work environment and lots of opportunities to learn and grow.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at Summit are the very talented Managers and higher-ups who have been in this business for a long time. It is interesting to work on projects that you like for the Federal government and the change you can create.

      Cons

      However, despite the pros I mentioned, cons ultimately outweigh the pros (for younger folks). Great work-life balance and remote flexibility (which the firm allowed for after COVID) results in minimal salary and slow promotional tracks. Good firm for more senior individuals but now younger employees should do their 2-3 years and bounce to something better with higher growth potential and challenging.
