Pros

More than anything Summit wants to be better than then the rest, which is good in theory. The internal chatter is how they want to be the best institution but the top down pushing pinches everyone and creates frustration.

Cons

Overall, the organization struggles with toxic and unsupportive environments. HR is unhelpful and will turn you away if they are too busy. The gossip culture where fiction turns into fact will single-handedly turn even the highest performers into anxious creatures. They talk about employee satisfaction (and push countless surveys to try and justify it) but PTO, pay and compassion are below industry standard.

Pros

A lot of my coworkers and colleagues were great people and were fantastic to work with.

Cons

IT Management and above lacks any sort of competence, and that's being generous. There is about as much accountability as there is competence, which equates to a total of virtually none. Pay is average or below for the area.
