Pros

-Good Profit Share -Negotiate Wage -Feels like family -Many opportunities to gain gift cards as rewards -Mentorship

Cons

-Started to over work employees and not compensate the pay for additional daily tasks -Can be hard on you with referrals but does not require you to always meet your goals -Advanced in technology (video tellers) which caused a lot of in branch locations having no tellers in lobby -Strongly disliked working in contact center (too many phone calls and you only get 5ish seconds in between each phone call)
