Pros

health benefits, PTO/ If your priority is security and benefits, this is the place for you.

Cons

Job progression is almost impossible. When you get hired, make sure you get good compensation and that the job is something you would like to do for a while. They make it very hard to move up. They mention inclusion is their mission but on my exit interview I was explicitly told I sounded "entitled" just because I expressed dissatisfaction with the progression process.

Major Pros, Major Cons

Pros

Benefits are hard to beat, especially health insurance quality and 1.5x pay on weekends for full time employees

Cons

Organization is incredibly messy, disorganized, and demands a lot from employees without adequate return. Training is almost nonexistent for member-facing roles, if you're new to the industry I'd try my hand elsewhere first. Work/life balance is not encouraged or respected.
