Pros

Benefits are great, pay is ok. I felt that my work made a direct impact.

Cons

Having a good manager is dependent on your advancement. Many employees have been there a 10 or 15+ and seem content with job. Tough to get people to think outside of the box.

Pros

Fair pay, great benefits, good coworkers. I enjoyed working there, and my wife still does. I still help my wife in community events that represent the credit union.

Cons

Lots of office politics!! There was always 'back-stabbing' and managers playing favorites, and being very obvious about it.
