Pros

Learn teller and banker responsibilities and some of the systems are easy to learn, Training staff is always nice and helpful.

Cons

Training at home office and in person is great but then when applying the skills in the branch, not given enough support because you are short staffed and when you have questions you are expected to look up procedures on the system, not hands on. Expect a lot from you in handling all customers and their situations.
